I See You!!!

I had to snap a quick picture of Holden last Friday.  This kid LOVES being under things...the coffee table, kitchen table, end table...you name it.  On Friday, I caught him under the bar behind the bar stools.  Love this  kid!!!
 Yes buddy...I see you!!

Stone Soup

Hudson's 1st grade play, Stone Soup was Tuesday, April 14th.  Here is my little peasant before we headed up to school.  :)
His class taking the stage.  Aren't they cute?!?
Hudson had a very important role...introducing the play.  He had several lines to memorize and did an AMAZING job!!!

When he was done with his lines, he literally ran back to his spot on stage.  Ha!

 My star after the play!
We were so excited that Kylie came to watch!
This boy definitely has my heart!!

9 Weeks Awards

Friday, April 10th, Kelly and I headed up to school for Hudson's 3rd 9 weeks awards ceremony. This boy is nothing short of amazing!  He gives school 100% every day and we couldn't be more proud.  This 9 weeks he earned the final math award for mastering all of his subtraction facts, a Social Studies award and no tardies.  Yea Hudson!!!

Holden's 1st year Pictures

We had Holden's 1 year pictures taken the day after his birthday.  Since his birthday was ball themed, we used balls in the photo shoot.  I absolutely LOVE the way they turned out.  My sweet, happy boy was all smiles.

Oh, how this boy melts my heart every.single.day!!!!  LOVE him!!

Cabinet Fun

One of Holden's favorite pastimes is playing in "his" cabinet.  We did this with Hudson too and it was one of his favorite things as well.  While I'm making breakfast, lunch, or dinner, he normally is at my feet being a tornado.  I wouldn't have it any other way!!
 Happy boy!

He thought he'd better go in to get a closer look!  :)

Easter Weekend

We had a fabulous time celebrating Easter this past weekend.  Saturday morning we headed to church for their annual Easter Eggstravaganza.  Hudson was off in a flash this year...

Holden was a patient as he could be while he waited for big brother.  He wasn't quite old enough for the toddler zone this year.  Next year he'll be able to join in the fun.
Definitely not the best, but a picture with my boys.  :)
Hudson was excited when he saw this inflatable because it looked like Wipe Out.  I literally laughed so hard I had tears streaming down my face watching him do this.  It was HILARIOUS!!

 WIPE OUT!!!!

The next morning the boys went through their Easter baskets before we headed to church.  Holden quickly mastered taking things out of his basket.

I melt...these two have my heart!!  I loved their matching shirts too!!

Total destruction of the baskets.  Ha!

After church, we came home for a yummy lunch and then egg dying.  (Hudson of course changed the second we walked in the door.)

Waiting for the eggs to dry and being silly...love this nut!
We had to do an indoor hunt this year.  It poured the night before Easter and the morning of and our yard was a swamp.  Boo!
I didn't get any pictures, but that night after dinner we made resurrection rolls like we do every year.  Hudson said that completed his Easter.  :)  Sweet boy!!
